3M(TM) Scotch-Weld(TM) Structural Plastic Adhesive DP8010NS Pink/Amber (B) White (A) Duo-Pack, 250 mL, 12 per case Scotch-Weld(TM) DP-8010NS is a two-part acrylic-based adhesive (10:1 ratio by volume) that can bond many low surface energy plastics, including many grades of polypropylene, polyethylene, and TPO's without special surface preparation. It has a long (up to 10 minutes) work life and achieves handling strength in about 2 hours. Scotch-Weld(TM) DP-8010NS can replace mechanical fasteners i.e. screws and rivets, and plastic welding that typically require two-step processes which include chemical etchants, priming or surface treatments in many applications prior to bonding.
